“As a group, we are looking forward to tonight’s game. We’ve had some days to prepare and adjust to a new system. Zielona Gora is a well balanced team with a lot of great shooters. Defensively is where the game will be won limiting them in three-point shots as well as controlling rebounds. We have to compete for all 40 minutes.
For myself, it’s great to be back here. Stelmet gave me an opportunity last year to compete in both the Polish league as well as the VTB League, having great teammates in both Koszarek & Zamojski, two Polish legends. I really enjoyed my time here and looked to see some familiar faces at the game tonight.”
