The Avtodor newcomer played for Tsmoki Minsk during the previous two seasons and won the Belarus league in 2018 and 2019. Saddler recorded 15.3 points (10th position in the league), 4.7 assists, 3 rebounds, and 0.7 steals for 28:48 minutes in 22 games of the 2018-19 VTB League. His average statistics in FIBA Europe Cup were 11.3 points, 4.3 assists, 1.7 rebounds and 1.3 steals. Devon was named the MVP of the Belarus league and led his team to the 11th champion title in a row.

Saddler is also managed to play for the Belarus National Team since February 2018.
