“Orlandina Basket strongly strengthened the roster before their debut in the Basketball Champions League. They have signed some new young but really qualified players. Of course they are young but with great understanding of the game. Now Orlandina Basket is one of the most talented team in the Italian league. They can move the ball well and play really effectively in offense. Orlandina Basket built good team chemistry and is going to become one of the main surprises this season in Italy. Last year they made it to the Italian league play-offs. That’s why the Basketball Champions League put them directly at the third Qualification Round because they estimate them like this. Probably there is a reason for that. We respect them and just want to play our game.

We need to take only one step in order to get into the Regular Season. Physically this is not going to be an easy game as we came back only last night after a long trip from Montenegro. We recover energy today (on Tuesday) to be ready for the upcoming clash. This is only matter of keeping concentration, playing another good game like we did against Mornar Bar with a lot of energy, trying to cut our mistakes and being very solid. Of course we know we will face the team that can score a lot of points and just need to be ready, focused and be healthy. These are the most important things for us to the moment over here. Now our team is really together and that’s very essential for us.”
