According to the Draw, Avtodor will play in Group B where its opponents are the following:
Pinar Karsiyaka Izmir (Turkey)
Umana Reyer Venezia (Italy)
Maccabi Rand Media Rishon le Zion (Israel)
Khimik Yuzhny (Ukraine)
Le Mans Sarthe (France)
as well as two (2) winners of the qualifying round to be defined in September:
QR.1.: Kataja (Finland) vs. Sodertelje (Sweden)
QR.2.: Lukoil Sofia (Bulgaria) vs. Winner CSM Oradea (Romania) vs. Prievidza (Slovak Republik).

Avtodor will open the new season on 2nd October in the capital of Kazakhstan with the game against BC Astana. The opening game on Kristall Arena in Saratov is to be played on 7th October against BC Nizhny Novgorod. The first Avtodor game in the Basketball Champions League will be held on 19th October in the Ukraine against Khimik Yuzhny.
