“My first two days here were pretty well. On Sunday I met my teammates for the first time during the practice and got the custom for every day. I don’t like to compare, but I think Russia in many aspects looks like Ukraine, my previous country where I’ve been playing. Today [on Monday] I successfully passed medical test joining to the team at the evening practice in the weightlifting gym. Guys got to work hard with the new coach and got to know him better. I am ready to see what happens when the time goes on. I spoke with our head coach. He is really good guy. During our communication Mazurs seems like a person I get acquainted for a long time with. He exactly knows what he wants. I can talk with him on and off the court. Everything is good for me around the team. I am not a person who is really anxious about the conditions. I do my job well no matter what the conditions are. But, of course, I would want the conditions to be suitable for me and now I can say everything goes well here in Avtodor. For me I have no problems at all. I was really excited before coming here. The VTB League is one of the top European leagues where I wanted to play. I am happy Avtodor is giving me a chance to be here. I am waiting to work hard and hopefully take a lot of wins with my new team.”
