BC Khimki playmayker Alexey Shved and Kalev center Josh Boone finished with 6 points, but VTB United League and Sport-Express experts ranked Shved higher than Boone, giving the Russian playmaker the tiebreaker. Avtodor forward Travis Peterson rounded out the top 3, earning 5 points.
