The VTB United League Regular Season will start at 3rd October 2015 and finish at 24th April 2016. 16 participating teams will play two round-robin competition without being divided into groups. The teams will face each other home and away. According to the results os the regular championship, eight top teams will qualify to the play-off. There is only one replacement among the participants. Krasnye Krylia Samara was replaced by BC Vita Tbilisi (Georgia).

Remember that Avtodor Saratov will also compete in Group E of the 2015-16 Eurocup Regular Season, where its opponents are Besiktas JK Istanbul (Turkey), Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius (Lithuania), Zenit St. Petersburg (Russia), PAOK Thessaloniki (Greece) and Szolnoki Olaj (Szolnok, Hungary). Four top teams of each group will advance to the "Last 32" stage.

Brad Greenberg's guys will have their debut game of the new season on 4th October 2015 in Moscow Region against BC Khimki within the framework of the VTB United League championship. The first home game is to be held in Kristall Arena at 8th October 2015 versus BC Nizhny Novgorod.
