Avtodor Saratov Head Coach Brad GREENBERG gave his comments from tonight’s game versus Manresa (W, 86-70):

«We played pretty well on defense but we are just getting started and have a lot of room for improvement. The effort was good and we did a decent job of guarding the ball, especially on the perimeter. We shot it well making 9 threes and our unselfish play with good passing creates some good uncontested open shots. We need to continue to work on our screening and spacing. We had a good "team" attitude and for the first time playing a 40 minute game it was a good starting point for our team. A good amount of positives but also a lot of examples we can share with the players to point out areas we need to improve. Jeremy Chappell has a strong game at both ends of the floor and Jeff Brooks did a lot of little things well. It was a solid team effort with a lot of guys making contributions.»
