The playmayker was forced to miss last season due to the conflict of interest with the Russian Basketball Federation. Meanwhile, he actively kept fit being one of the best players of Saratov Basketball League. Prior to this, Kashin played in Rodniki Izhevsk in Higher League and Temp-SUMZ Revda in Superleague. He played for Avtodor Saratov from 2009 to 2012.
