The team was back from vacation on 1st August 2015 when the Russian basketballers began to train under the management of Alexey Vasiliev and Vladimir Antsiferov. The head coach Brad Greenberg, as well as the import players Malcolm Armstead, Jeff Brooks and Jeremy Chappell will join to the process in the middle of August. Travis Peterson is going to arrive in Saratov later in August due to the family reasons. Artem Klimenko and Denis Lukashov are currently at the disposal of their national teams preparing to the 2015 EuroBasket.

Practices in Saratov will last until the beginning of September. Then the team will head to Spain where the second practice camp is to take place in Playa de Aro from 6th to 25th September 2015.

BC Avtodor will come back to Saratov on 25th September 2015, where the final stage of preparation to the season is to begin. The first game of the VTB United League is to be held on 4th October 2015 in Moscow Region against BC Khimki.
