Immediately after finishing Penn-State University, Jeff Brooks went to Italy. He played all four years of his professional career in Italy. In his debut European season Brooks has immediately become of the key player of Aurora Jesi from the Italian Serie B scoring 17 points, 7 rebounds and 1.7 steals for 35 minutes. His brilliant performance allowed him to advance to Cantu from the elite Italian division. Brooks won the Italian Supercup and make his debut in Euroleague. In the 2013/2014 season he played for Juvecaserta and participated in the Italian Serie A "All-Star Game".
The last season was the most successful in his career. He participated for the second time in Euroleague for Dynamo Sassari. Moreover, Brooks helped Dynamo Sassari to make "golden het-trick" winning the Italian Cup second year in a row, Italian Supercup and golden medals of the Italian Championship. Last season Jeff Brooks played 50 games for Dynamo Sassari, where his average statistics were 9.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 1.3 steals and 0.6 blocked shots for 28.0 minutes average per game.
