The 2015-2016 Eurocup Regular Season Draw has been completed in Barcelona (Spain). It was decided Avtodor Saratov will compete in Group E against the following opposing teams:

1. Besiktas Integral Forex Istanbul (Turkey) – 9th place in Turkish Basketball League, the Eurocup "Last 32" participant.
2. Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius (Lithuania) – the Lithuanian Championship runner-up, the Eurocup 1/8 final participant.
3. Zenit St. Petersburg (Russia) – 5th place in the VTB United League, the Eurocup 1/8 final participant.
4. PAOK Thessaloniki (Greece) – the Greek Championship bronze medalist, the Greek Cup semifinalist, the Eurocup "Last 32" participant.
5. Szolnoki Olaj (Hungary) – the Hungarian Championship runner-up, the Eurocup Regular Season participant.

"We got the group that is equal enough. We are obliged to advance to the next stage taking the highest possible place in the group. Every opponent is more than a match for us. We shall lose no game at home at least.

Avtodor Saratov Head Coach Brad GREENBERG has already had an experience playing in Eurocup. In the 2013/2014 season, Hapoel Jerusalem led by Greenberg has achieved the quarterfinal stage of the competition. Immediately after the completion of the Draw, the American coach commented the results of the Eurocup Draw for the club's website:

“Our group is tough and will test our team. Winning our home games in Saratov is crucial and I know our fans will be motivated and enthusiastic to help our efforts to advance. The challenge of playing in this group is a great opportunity for our team to grow. I am grateful for the chance to play in such a prestigious competition and I am thankful the club’s president Vladimir Rodionov aspiring for B C Avtodor to compete in the high-level competitions like the VTB League and Eurocup.”

Group C: Valencia Basket, CAI Zaragoza (both from Spain), Ratiopharm Ulm (Germany), SLUC Nancy (France), Proximus Spirou Charleroi (Belgium), Umana Reyer Venice (Italy).

Group D: UNICS Kazan (Russia), Banvit Bandirma (Turkey), Trabzonspor Medical Park (Turkey), Buducnost Voli Podgorica (Montenegro), Aris Thessaloniki (Greece), Steaua Bucharest (Romania).

Group F: Galatasaray Istanbul (Turkey), Ninzhy Novgorod (Russia), Krasny Oktyabr Volgograd (Russia), Hapoel Jerusalem (Israel), AEK Athens (Greece), Neptunas Klaipeda (Lithuania).
