Avtodor playing with an exclusively Russian roster and having an average age of the team is less than 22 years old showed an excellent performance against one of the top Russian clubs with 6 foreign players in their squad. The visitors unexpectedly grabbed the board against UNICS (32 vs. 27 on rebounds) and demonstrated a high percentage of both long-range shots – 53% (10/19 three–pointers) and two-pointers - 48% (20/42). The game was decided by a large number of turnovers made by our basketballers – 22 against 10 for the hosts. The top scorers of our team were Nikita MIKHAILOVSKII recording a double-double of 18 points with 10 rebounds and adding 6 assists, as well as Evgeny MINCHENKO who was just 2 rebounds short of a double-double (16+8).





The second game of the VTB League Quarterfinal best-of-five series will be held in Kazan on Monday, 25th April, at 20.00 (Saratov time).
